What to tell us when you call
It helps enormously if you can describe which fittings are affected and which are still draining normally. One slow sink is a different job from a toilet, a shower and an outside gully all backing up at once, and knowing which one you have changes what the engineer brings.
Also worth mentioning: whether it gets worse after rain, whether it has happened before, and whether you know where your inspection covers are.
